Where can I get guildwars 2 for the lowest price?

Hey.
I am interested in getting Guild Wars 2.
I am not american, therefor the official site asks me to pay 55 euro for it.
Using a proxy, I saw it costs only 60$ to americans, which is a bout 7$ less.

Where can I get the game for the lowest price? Greenman gaming is also blocked for me, and I can only view the game via proxy.

is it safe using a proxy? is there any other place I can use?

Are you in China using internet? because your internet sounds locked down. Greenman has it for $45, I see no reason why a proxy wouldent be safe their, your not actually downloading anything, Once you pay, it gives you the CD activation key which you activate on the official GW2 site.
 
I'm from israel, and I can't access the guild wars 2 page (on GMG). The site just doesn't have the product in it, and I can't find it unless I use a proxy.

My internet isn't locked up at all to be honest, I have no idea why I can't see the game there. first time it happens to me.
