where could I get a cheap marvel vs capcom 2 game?

I search ebay and different stores here in my state all them have it for 60 dollars. Also were do yah guys think I could get a dreamcast do they still sell them in gamestop.
 
If you can find it for 60 in good condition you might as well buy it, you're not going to see it any cheaper. As for the dreamcast, your best bet would be here, ebay or craigslist. Gamestop no longer carries dreamcasts.
 
So are you looking for MVC2 for DC or any system? Well, its somewhat hard, and expensive to find a ps2/xbox version at GS, but follow the advice of other CAGs regarding other stores. If you're looking for the DC version, its pretty hard to find any DC titles in a retail store, so your best bet would probably be online.
 
I have the DC version, and the XBox version.

I'll dig the DC out of the gaming bin in my basement and see how I deal with the DC controller.

If they fix the problems with the BC XB version, and I truely can't deal with the DC controller I might put my version up here to help someone out.


You can find DC systems around at GameStop/EB sometimes in the clearance bins, and ask the clerk they sometimes have them in back to save space on floor. ANd as mentioned also see at GameCrazy.
 
For the price of the PS2 version of MvC2 you could almost buy a used DC, the DC version of MvC2, a Saturn controller and a convertor to use that controller on the DC. That way you'd have the best version of the game along with a new system that has many other fun games for it.
 
I picked up a copy of MvsC2 around December after the Dreamcast went down to 50 dollars. Amazon briefly restocked around the time it was becoming "rare" and I got it for 20 dollars. From what I've seen of the other versions on other systems the Dreamcast one seemed to play the best, definitely looked a lot better then the PS2 version at least. And if you can get your hands on a VGA adapter for the DC it looks even better.

I forgot to put this post i'm still looking for the marvel vs capcom 2 game for the dreamcast because the one I bought on the garage sale didn't work. I guess thats probably why they were selling it so cheap.
 
For the money you'd spend on the PS2 version, you should just buy a Dreamcast and the DC version.

Anyway, I'd check EVERY SINGLE PLACE in town that sells used games. You probably won't find it, but if a Blockbuster had one it'd almost certainly be $20 or less.
