Where the gold OTT?
Guy said 4 hours of talk time IIRC - no idea how long in stand by mode before it would die w/ no calls. I didn't really know that was a side effect of switching to fios until the installer dropped that on me as he was hooking the new box to the UPS. Oh well. May as well have dropped 'old school' phone service all together and switched to VOIP. I've wanted to do that for a while, maybe I'll take a look at what Cox (local cable co.) is doing to compete against Verizon Fios in a year and switch everything (phone, internet, tv) to them if they have a good deal going.

But as you can imagine swapping out the DVR whenever you switch providers is just such a major PITA.
If they switched you out from copper to fiber then I'm thinking they may have changed you over to VOIP. Certainly worth posing to them as a question, since if the phone stops working when there's no power, then there's nothing to drive a "normal" phone set.

Something to keep in mind if I decide to make the jump to FTTP.

And yes, swapping DVR's is a PITA, even with the Tivo swap I did last week.
World of Warcraft is embarrassing.
Can be, yes.

Just like any other online game where the players aren't legal adults.

I'm not talking about the population, though; I'm talking about the "life"style.

And you gotsta get that self-titled, woohoo.

I know I do, but it's so expensive now.

You just made me want to go downstairs and buy a Yoo-Hoo.

Oh it probably is technically VOIP, but they still charge you the same price for the phone bit you were paying before being switched over. Nice of them, no?

YooHoo still exists? I thought that faded away with The Simpsons.

Holy AIDS. I didn't know that the reprint was out of print, too. :O

They did that album under an indie label, I believe. I wonder if it'll ever be rereprinted.

Yeah, I didn't know either, but downstairs in the little shop, I saw a few cans of Yoo-Hoo in a cooler.

I need to relive my youth.
I'm not talking about the population, though; I'm talking about the "life"style.
The "life" style where all you do is play WoW? Yeah, I think that's been covered enough with South Park. :D

I hope it gets reprinted, that'd be great.

That doesn't necessarily make any difference.
That doesn't necessarily make any difference.
True, but the chances your mom will come rip you a new one while you're playing drops a bit when you're a legal adult. :D

Ugh. Off to Ford Field for yet another press conferance.

I think we are interviewing the entire ford familly. I did president and ceo Allan Mallany (sp) yesterday.

Well CAG see ya in 13 hours.

EDIT:

For all the CAG car buffs (I for one am not) I saw Fords "Secert Car" yesterday. We werent even allowed to film the damn thing....2009 prototype. Meh looked like every other car to be but the press went crazy for it.....and it did have wings...
I couldn't listen to it all. So horrible.
You must, it gets so much better, when the Dad turns into a TV Dad and talks about how it's so damaging, and the kid goes "ITS NOT TEARING THE FAMILY APART, YOUR REACTION TO IT IS!!!".

Then the domestic abuse happens.

Haha, that was my favorite line.
Haha, that was my favorite line.
Oh yea, last year I got up at 5:30 am to go skiing!!

Then they make a huge fucking deal about his La Crosse match  Like "THE WHOLE FAMILY IS GOING TO BE THERE AND YOU JUST DON'T CARE"

At least I'm laughing at it second hand. ;)
I couldn't believe he plays a sport.

Haha, waking up at 5:30am one time LAST year.
Hilarious!
Haha, it's also great when you hear the Dad (I assume) going up the steps, and then all of a sudden it's "JAMES I'VE HAD ENOUGH" and someone goes "MAN-HANDLING ME!?!"

And when the kid is crying and the Mom is like "Are you crying over this" and he's like "No, not over THAAAAAAAAAAT"
Color printer?
Hahaha. Yeah. There's got to be a high-res scan somewhere. Hell, there are enough QotSA junkies in the OTT, someone could probably hook you up.

Hot Mario!

Or: "I wonder where Strell's av came from"
Promonoke, you never did find Final Fight, did you ;)
Not yet. As I said before, if you find any other way to get it, go ahead, but make sure you tell me. I'll keep an eye out for it, as it has to be somewhere, unless I lost it somewhere outside of my house. I'll tell you if I find it, or if I think it's going to be impossible to find.

You need it before you move, right? I'll try to tell you whether I think it's hopeless within the next week (or if you need to know sooner, I can adjust).
yarr...someone keeps texting me, and I can't find a useful free reverse lookup website. Any advice?
I've been looking for one of those forever, and I don't think there are any useful free ones. They all seem to lead to pay sites, so they're kind of pointless.

Wow, so I read CNN and see this "$3,000,000,000 robot for shot troops still in lab" $3 billion for a robot? No, it states the robot cost $3 million in the video. I wonder how long it will be before they correct this error.

No problem! There is nowhere else to get it around me so I'll just wait ;)

I found a video for you:

It's Mario Vs Sonic.

Yea, it's pretty fucking horrible, and it makes no sense.

I'm pretty bored today, so I thought I'd bring the gift of laughter to children.

This CNET review doesn't make sense.

It gets a 4.7 out of 10, but read the bottom line:

The bad: Mediocre performance; not particularly comfortable for touch-typing; no flash-memory reader or FireWire port; support options limited.
The bottom line: The Sharp Actius MP30 packs a commendable set of features into an attractive, lightweight, and competitively priced ultraportable laptop. We recommend it.

www.searchbug.com might tell the service they use, and relative location.

Other than that, nothing from free sites.

i wanna know, i wanna know, i wanna know where the gold at. Did not look throught the posts but i know ender is in the same location this happened.
