Outside your local comic shop can anyone recommend places online to buy cards for a reasonable price? I used to play about 10 years ago and sold my cards off to a friend. I had always regretted it and recently bought a bulk lot of a few 1,000 cards from someone and slowly am getting back into the hobby. I went to the local shop today and it was pretty reasonable, but I am still interested in online stores so I dont have to sit and browse through 10,000s of cards to find what I am looking for.

eBay's probably your best overall for singles; you can get playsets of any given card for the low end values generally. Larger card lots are pretty cheap on eBay, though quality tends to be on the low end since good rares are usually pieced out of those collections by the sellers. As far as non-auction sites go, check out coolstuffinc.com, abugames.com, and cardshark.com. Between those three, I've usually been able to find comparable prices with eBay, and all 3 offer promotions and aside from CardShark, shipping discounts and other products.
