Where to find best deal on Ratchet & Clank Future: Quest for Booty?

Anyone know where to buy/download this game at a cheaper price than the $14.99 its been listed at since it came out a year and a half ago?

I've been checking amazon every week cause at one point they had it for $7.99 according to one of the reviews.
