Always a relative thing... you'd probably poop at Suikoden II prices. Did a quick check at camelcamelcamel.com and it hovers around $16-$18 new. It did get as low as $14 in early May, but only for a week. It's not an outrageous price, so I'd consider it. Good luck!

If you don't care about condition, just buy it used from Amazon.  It's $8.

EDIT: Oh wow, the first 2 prices are cheap, then they skyrocket.  Those must be new listings or something.
