Where to get a custom shirt printed?

Quick request for recommendations. I need to get a custom shirt printed and shipped in the next 5 days. Does anyone have any recommended places online to get this done? Thanks!

Only place I can think of is http://www.cafepress.com.

Set up a storefront. Upload your design. And order your shirt. Make sure you upgrade to quicker shipping to get the shirt in time.
