Have been having a hankering to replay the RE games (RE, RE0) and need a the games and a Cube. Where's a good deal on these nowadays?

Anyone see em somewhere on sale?

Don't know about the games, but I have a purple GameCube (no controller) on my tradelist. Feel free to make an offer if you're interested.

'preciate the offer, but I don't have a controller, so, would be looking for a complete system. I called Gamestop and a few other places and they all sell it for about $29.99. Might end up going there. But then the games....hmmmmm.

I have an "adult owned" purple Gamecube w/ wired controller, a wireless Wavebird controller, 2 memory cards, and the following games:
- Resident Evil 4
- Super Mario Sunshine
- Luigi's Mansion
- Eternal Darkness
- Geist
- LOZ Wind Waker
- Mario Kart Double Dash
- Metroid Prime 2

I'd sell the entire bundle for a reasonable price. Send me an offer, if you're interested. I'd be willing to snag a copy of RE0 off of Goozex, as well.

- GameCube (used) -
Gamestop (hereinafter 'GS') $29.99 / Half.com (hereinafter 'H') $13.98

- Resident Evil (used, remake) -
GS $19.99 / H $11.98

- Resident Evil 0 (used) -
GS $12.99 / H $9.00

- Resident Evil 4 (used) -
GS $12.99 / H $9.99

- Resident Evil 2 (used) -
GS n/a (online) / H $19.99

- Resident Evil 3 (used) -
GS n/a (online) / H $17.99

- Resident Evil Code: Veronica X (used) -
GS $24.99 / H $41.00

yea... I've been wanting to catch up on Resident Evil before March. I'm pretty sure you could find better deals at a local shop, but the most convenient method is prolly Gamestop route.
You could prolly get the whole thing locally (bit by bit and after some search) for under $110 (without counting tax).
look at cragslist. Around here a lot of people are getting rid of them
ditto. craiglist is the place to get your cube. Esp with the Wii being 100% backwards compatible you can get a cube for next to nothing. You can get them for next to nothing new in stores as well but finding them is going to be a bit of work. Finding them on craigslist is almost anti-work.

As for the games. I'd try Goozex. it's my first top for anything like that. I eventually need to get 2,3,0,Veronica so I hesitate to reveal my sources but you can get them on Amazon for varying prices. You just have to keep monitoring. Sometimes they're way too much but occasionally you see them for a decent price. If only Amazon would stop killing my wallet with sales on Atlus games and other Wii/DS games I've put in high priority then maybe I'd have money to pick them up.

Yeah definitely try craigs, I picked up mine for $10 and it was practically new. Then I also found RE 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4 (black label and complete) for $40 on craigslist. The guy even threw in an extra controller and memory card for me.

as an aside I've occasionally seen cubes in stores and they're the sexy silver models with Metroid demos. If I could justify $50 for a console I already own (and probably wouldn't get $25 for if I sold it) I would have picked up a couple. Last sighting I had was at a Target.
