where to get laptop + low price 3yr insurance?

I don't want a Mac. I am up for anything other than a Dell. I am looking for a laptop with "power" that can play saturn/DC games/emulation, as well as the great MAME.

amazon or tiger direct. they have laptops with decent specs for $600-750 range. I used that as "cheap" since u didn't post your own range of price. You can buy extended warranty from 3rd parties for real cheap. Now if you want to buy at B&M store, well I can't help you on that part, cause pretty much everything is expensive.
