Where to get Left 4 Dead pre-order bonus?

My local EB does not yet know if they are offering the L4D bonus (10% discount and early demo access). Does anyone know if this is my EB only, or if there are any other places to get this bonus? I am in southern Ontario and anywhere from Toronto to Ajax is fine for me.

I pre-ordered from EB and signed up for the early demo access on the American site... who knows if I'll get a code though.
 
I'm pretty sure you get this through Steam as well.

Speaking of which, is there anyplace out there that beats Steam's $45 USD ($52.50 at the time of this post) preorder price? I've only seen it at $60 discounted to $55 for preorder (Amazon.ca). It's still unlisted at Bestbuy/Futureshop, but I imagine they're selling it at $60 as well.

edit: This game is amazing. If you don't get the preorder demo, definitely check out the regular demo next week. I've been playing through it over and over for the last ~4 hours and I still want to play more.
