Where to post feedback

I want to post a feedback about a dealership about their after sales service. If I post it online, will the managers of the company see it or is it only viewed by customers? I also tried posting feedback on the company website and writing an email to the dealership manager, but I think it is not enough.
 
I think the dealership;s concern is really on the sale itself. After that, they would not have themselves on the loop. If you put your concerns on the company's website, there is a big possibility that the management will be notified unless otherwise if the website is not updated at all. You can also try to send them a formal letter and have it received so that everything will be documented.

 
Well, I had the same thoughts that the dealership probably will not care - but I gotta try right? I thought about posting in yahoo answers. That is a well visited website, right? It might be effective for these kinds of information? lol. Wish me luck!
