Which place gives more for tradeins, EB or GameStop?

I have a friend who owns a video store and he gave me 50 DVD films to trade in for some used games. Which place would I get more credit for them, EB Games or GameStop?
 
I think I heard that EB just took Gamestop's trade in values, so they should be the same. Not positive though, might want to try a few titles at both places or ask an employee.
 
If you live on long island. CD Island is the best place to sell games (PS2 and XBX) DVDs and CDs. They give tons more money for games, and in cash.

50 used DVDs? Well, EB/GameStop avergae about $2 each, while Blockbuster pays a minium of $3 (Some can go upto $8). That would be you're best bet.
 
damn only 2 bux a piece? that is highway robbery. bookmans here takes dvds for a solid 5-6 bux a piece...that's for credit. i think it's only located in the south tho : /
 
i dont know if this deal is still going on but at a gamestop they had a promotion that if you trade in 4 games or dvds they will give you 40% more. if it is going on in your area you should do that.

I agree with others that said Gamerush/Blockbuster, they will give you the most value (over EB & GS at least) for movies and typically games as well. Gamerush is also much better because their used games are now 25% off.
 
Thanks for the Bookmans advice. I live in Phoenix and it's new here. I've never heard of it. Great place too. They have games from all the systems. I'm sorry if this is a commom question that people ask, I didn't know. I'm more of a game collector so I don't trade anything in. I was just doing this for a friend.

No, he asked nicley. He's also not asking 'how much for grand theft auto 3'. Its pretty tough to call and get 50 quotes over the phone.
