Who Has Complete Super Nintendo Games?

I am looking to purchase (via PayPal) SNES games that come complete with their original box, interior box (the thing that holds the cartridge), manual, and dust cover.

Hopefully everything is in very good condition. Also hopefully they are NOT Player's Choice.
