Who mows the lawn at 4am?

he probably is mowing that early to avoid the heat. i had to mow my lawn as a kid and you learn pretty quick to mow as early as possible because theres nothing worse than using a push mower in the middle of the day. on the flip side of that there usually dew on the grass which can cost you a limb if you fall going uphill.
 
Wow, I'd kill the fucker who did that. I think we have city laws here that make it about 8am to 9pm (basically, sun light hours). I think I have only ever once cut the grass at 7am, and I did it during the workweek when I was on vacation.

I like to do my yardwork after 7pm on weekdays, because that is when I am home from work and have about 2 hrs to mow (takes less than an hour to do front and back). On weekends, any time is fair game, as long as the neighbors aren't doing something that I'd disturb (hanging out, grilling, etc.)

But then again, I have cool (techincally hot) neighbors on both sides.
 
Where do you live? I mean, with the humidity and heat in the south.. you almost have to cut it at night to avoid getting a freaking heat stroke. I've contemplated mounting headlights on my lawnmower.

I'm going to do that. If I didn't have to work tomorrow, I'd be out there right now. Damn, maybe Friday.
 
WOW...

Some people are really wacked. My girlfriend was telling me about her neighbors setting off fireworks at 2 a.m. This was well before the 4th too, this had to be like 2-3 months ago now.

I thought it would be funny to do this one time. Then I thought it through more and realized how bat shit insane sounded so I didn't do it.

At 4 am its dark where you live (unless you live wayy up north)

Put, a rock or piece of metal on his lawn, so he will damage his lawn mower, and Voila !

OR... Just call the police, It is against the law make that much noise during the night.
 
3 things that should not be done after midnight or before 8AM:

1) mowing
2) vacuuming (if you live in an apartment)
3) listening to loud music (again, if you live in apartment)

Loud, freaky sex is okay for people to engage in, becuase if you live below them, it's just like watching a porno. Only, without the visual aid.
