Since they're selling XB1 without Kinect, I'll probably get one in the next month or so. I refuse to deal with warranties. If I have a problem, I want a brand new one right now. I don't do refurbs or repairs. I used the Gamestop plans for my Xbox360 like 5 years ago, and that worked fine. However, I've seen people posting online about some Gamestop locations claiming it's an extended warranty now, not a replacement plan. I also find it odd that I can't find any mention of the damn thing on Gamestop's website. I've also heard horror stories about Best Buy and claims that they want to send in your console rather than replace it on the spot, etc. If I'm just going to get screwed, I might as well order online and avoid the sales tax. I'm considering all the options at this point.
