Who's the hottest dictator?

Kim Jong Almost died today in that train accident but luckly he's still around. I hear he's going to be on next month's Tiger Beat cover.
 
flat out hands down, saddam hussein. why? because he's got a 3 foot long beard and what girl doesn't like a man who says he has "weapons of mass destruction". and just that whole ratty look in the hole is so appealing to him.

Saddam's beard has nothing on Castros. That being said, I like my dictators to look groomed, so Stalin gets my vote.
 
I don't think you can discount the name appeal.
Benito Musollini sounds like it could be an expensive
model of car, a tasty italian entree with mounds of
sauce-covered pasta, or a ruthless fascist dictator.
And it just rolls off the tongue so easily.

Hands down Stalin! 20+ million victims via starvation, political execution, deportation and the famous gulags = real bad :( But what his army did the Germans in WW2 to basically win the entire thing for the Allies, that was sweet :D !

i'm going to have to give my vote to mao zedong, though, because he pulls off that "aging, balding asian man" look better than anyone.
