You know how much it costs to ship a 360, Wolve? Also, how many LOs have you done?
I always ship through UPS and it usually costs me about $30. Can't say I've shopped around for a cheaper method since I prefer to use this with the tracking and insurance and all.
I've done about 10 LOs so far. First few ran easy, then realized that the program they created is a beta and tends to freeze while erasing causing the status to be messed up. Because of this I converted back to XP and take care of it in DOS. Now I have a failproof method.
Had a BenQ that was kicking my ass for some reason today, but it turned out to be a lot simpler than I thought.

Thanks but I really don't have a need for those anymore. People rarely come to me for drive replacements, let alone for Sammies. Aside from that, I need to replace the lasers on the 3 or so Sammies I have that are broken. That way I can use those again which would be a cheaper alternative I presume.
Those of you with

360s need to consider putting a Whisper fan in. They will definitely help keeping the motherboard cool, and with a Jasper things might look good. I guess we'll just have to wait and see how long they last for.
Just a quick FYI: X-clamp fixes only last for a little while. Don't expect them to be permanent. So if you are out of warranty and get the RROD, perform the X-Clamp to keep it alive for a little bit and then sell that sucker at a pawn shop or something. I was planning on trying that method I keep linking to, but got sidetracked. Will get on that tomorrow and keep you guys posted of my results.
