Why does caffeine make me tired?

lol my job as instructional assistant is to make sure the LD kids in his normal class stay focus and on task lol A few months back some of my students asked , was he this boring or did he put you to sleep back then, since he was the same 6th grade science teacher 16 years ago :O and of course I said "YES".

Hey dont worry about the health nut thing.. my ex was a health nut and I had to hear it if I ate something outside of a resurant .. ..just because she saw a nuetriousist years ago. FYI my ethic background is hispanic (central american) but some people think there might be a hint of middle easternizum in me :p

fuck its 2:30am and i gotta get up by 6am...guess thats two cups of coffee when i get up :|
I'm afraid there's no cure for boring shit. :D Well, not one that your teachers would appreciate anyways. I doubt you could pull off pretending to take notes on a PSP.

I actually don't drink much caffeine anymore. It used to be that I had quite a few Pepsi's during the day and wouldn't think anything of it. Then I started working out and it kicked my ass because I was so dehydrated. And because of that I started unconsciously phasing out soda. And now I drink a lot of water. (Plus it's free at restaurants!)

If I have a soda now I feel really really weighed down, and almost always want water afterwards. I really only drink soda when eating pizza. I've never drank coffee so I'm not sure if I'd feel the same way if I did. I imagine I would.

What helps me get up in the morning is a large glass of OJ and vitamins. I used to hate the stuff but now, it's ok. Gives you a nice healthy kick in the morning. (Wow, I sound like a health nut, but I'm really not)

Oh and when I was in high school, I used to carry Altoids around with me everywhere. Those help you stay awake in class as long as you have one in your mouth.
