Why Doesn't Amazon sell Ipads?

It is because Apple refused to let amazon carry it. The same reason bestbuy doesnt sell them online, so you have to get it from apple.com

Yeah, Kindle has nothing to do with it. Apple can sell as many as they can make on their own site so they have no reason to cut any other online retailer in on the action. Especially not Amazon which has a tradition of ignoring the minimum price that Apple tries to force on its retailers.

Not exactly. Paypal would love to get amazon on board. However apple would not want amazon selling ipad

It sucks, because this would have cut tax. Now when I get one I'm gonna have to drop an extra 50 bucks on tax, unless there is a way around it. I wish Amazon would carry it and drop it 30 bucks off like they do with all other Apple products. =]

Yes paypal would definitely love amazon . But amazon doesn't want to increase competitor capitol.

Apparently not since Paypal is killing the plugin that allowed you to use it on Amazon.
