Why I Hate Ebay:

5. The idea of raising item prices for no particular reason via other buyer is a great thing and allows people to get more then they really want for the item and dodge ebay fees. The problem is that you need somebody you can trust and that you know. You also might need another account that you can use without the same name or have multiple names on one account or even mulitple people.

Wait, you aren't talking shill bidding here are you? That is MOST DEFINITELY against eBay's ToS!

Ethics.
6. In the world of business you need to use tatics of various sorts and alleways remember that ever cent count even a penny. Like my previous bosses paid me in weed, allowed people to live for free on the property, and even paid us in food and auto parts.
Ethics.
Not one business on this planet will take off without using some sorta money saving tatic. Money, value, and bartering is like the life juice of business.
Except those with ethics.

Who cares about the pirates known as Ebay. As long as both parties walk away with what they want it is a fair trade. They even do this sorta thing in live auctions and the stock market also.

It is not wrong to save money.

It is wrong to shill bid on ebay. They don't allowed it on their site. You signed up and agreed not to do it. Therefore, you are going back on your word. That is wrong.
That moron relisted that game. Someone should buy it and neg him... get your money back and keep this going around until he quits being a p.o.s. seller.
It will only cost you $1.99 for shipping...

What an idiot. I like the way he says it is "clean" and "since then never been played." I would be mad if I bought the game from him with his new desription as it is not a clean game.

I just left him negative feedback.

I would leave negative for the SNES game because it clearly was not new, other buyers need to know what this seller is up to, if you have a used cart only, then it must be listed as used cart only, not as a new and never played game that is in shrinkwrap.

I can see the auction now and I see your problem. You need to contact Ebay and tell them the game was not New at all but it was used.

The seller failed to put USED on the item description.

However if it was the other way around you would lose since the game was in cellophane wrapping and it was listed new.

The seller can list whatever they want about the item to get you to buy the game and consider it new in there own words.

Then again you could reply with not as described.

However I would stay awayfrom the shipping since that would be a low ball to the idea of being blind.
