Why is PeerGuardian 2 not Updating?

When ever it tries to update the list, it just stays at 0%, and never moves. I also cannot go to their website, Im thinking maybe their site is down, so thats why the list will not update. Anyone know how to fix this?

I find it odd that the lists can't be updated, as the site was down yesterday and I was able to update my lists.

EDIT: The p2p list get's pulled from http://lists2.phoenixlabs.org.nyud.net:8080/level1.7z, so I guess as long as the site is down, nobody can update.

it wasn't working yesterday for me either, but I tried again late at night and it updated, so it's probably up by now.

don't know if peerguardian uses the Ipfilter.dat file like some other ipfilter apps, however the link for those apps, seems to have changed, I had to change my automated vbs script to point http://sourceforge.net/projects/emulepawcio/files/ to get the dat file.
