Why won't my PC detect my iPod mini?...

Hmm, I just plugged in my iPod mini to my PC for the first time, but iDump or Pod Player 1 programs that I have installed don't detect my iPod? Any suggestions?...k

Did you install the drivers?
Have you dropped it?

If so, Is it plugged into a front usb port?

If so, try one on the back. Worked for me.

Make sure your using usb 2.0. Had to buy a new card for my pc to get it to work.
