Use Opinion Outpost. I've made 190 bucks since July. They pay out in Amazon (It's been down for a few weeks but they are promising for it to come back up before Christmas). They also pay out in Paypal and Citi Gift Cards which can be used to buy Amazon Gift cards.

opinion outpost is best. it CAN get tedious. but if youre diligent. you can make as much as $30 a week.
