CAGiversary!
So the browser is out and we now have the potential of unlimited free games for our Wii's. The only problem with that is that there are a lot of bad ones and ones that won't work so start evaluating!
Sites designed for the Wii:
WiiCade.com
Curve Ball: A 3-D pong clone in an over-the-shoulder with the ability to bend the ball by hitting it on the move. Pretty fun, but the controls aren't all that responsive.
Tactical Assassin: May be the best FPS on the Wii so far. OK so that is overstating it a bit, but this is a fun and challenging game. You have a target and can only see a small circular portion of the screen at a time. The goal is to carry out pre-determined missions. The only problem I am having is that the text detailing the missions is a bit small and when you zoom in it takes up more than one screen.
WiiArcade.com
Other Sites:
Linerider: Too big for the Wii's resolution capabilities. Doesn't seem to work anyway. I guess we will have to wait for the purchasable version.
