Wii carrying case

The ol' Horse is in the market for a Wii carrying case, as evident by the title here. I purchased a Wii back on BF, and have been quite pleased with it, my only problem is every damn one wants to play it now... even my girlfriend, which is amazing because she long professed her disdain for video games.

So, I need something reliable to haul the Wii, 4 wii-motes and 2 nunchuks back and forth from my place to her place, to friends' places safely.

Amazon had a few cases, but one of them was reviewed repeatedly as "smelly" which I found both odd and a sale killer.

I'd prefer to find a hard case, as I think that'd be more durable and more secure than a soft case. I've seen the ones at Kmart and TRU that are kind of like a mini back-pack and was hoping for something better.

Any help would be awesome.

Majority if not all cases on the market are backpack type bags. I dont think I have seen any hardcases (especially in stores). Since I review accessories, I dont even think 3rd party manufacturers sell hardcases.

what I used for the longest time was a laptop carrying case, it had a main zippered pocket with a divider for the laptop (In here I put the wii and the power brick) and a section to put other crap, possibly your power cord form the laptop, in the next compartment I'd put the wiimotes and nunchucks. In the other zippered compartment, I put my games and sensor bar, it works pretty well, that is until the case ripped and now its 1 giant compartment (the case was like 6 years old before I used it for the wii).

if you want something MADE for the wii, check out these 3
Maybe you should review it! Then when you're done, send it to me :D
Affiliates dont carry, so no go.

I have the intec hard case that AMZ sells, if used creatively(slim cases for games etc.) it can hold a ton of stuff and your Wii I used mine to go down to San Diego and it kept my Wii safe and sound throughout. as well as autographs and comics in the door storage. This case is ideal for longer travel with a Wii but even for short jaunts it will keep your hardware safe.

Just let the case air out if you get one that has the slight plastic odor to it very minor problem, mine stunk a little I let it air over night it went away.

You want the Nakiworld case. There is no equal.

Go into my Wii FAQ and read up on the review I wrote for it.

Problem solved.

Thanks for the responses guys, the hard case from Amazon was the "smelly" one I'd heard about. I'm probably going with the Nakiworld one, based on Strell's recommendation alone.

I was in Best Buy the other day; they had a carrying case produced by Brunswick and fashioned like a bowling ball bag...interesting concept. Not sure on the smell/usefulness.

i just went with the messanger bag style case from nyko. has plenty of padding and compartments to hold everything i have in storage since my wii doesn't get used at all.
