Wii or PS3 Media Storage tower 22.40 + tax @ jc penny.com

Sucks there's $6 shipping on the Wii tower from BB&B. Otherwise one of those would actually be a pretty good idea for my nephews.

On another note... can anyone recommend a more universal rack for DVD/Blu/DS games? Not particularly looking for a sale, just something solid that holds a lot.
Would be nice if it held more than 16 games.
i agree, Im gonna put my fav games on it and leave the rest in my little game ottoman thing i have

I don't have one yet, but I found one at Best Buy that holds an amazing amount. Go to bestbuy.com and search for "elite multimedia storage cabinet." The reviews are around 3 stars, and I can't vouch for it personally, but I really want one for when I move.

Good luck!

These are great! My gf got me both the PS3 and the Wii ones for Christmas. I love them! I'd personally bite on these while they're that low of a price. My gf paid double that amount on each I think.

Thanks OP, didnt bite on the towers but the code worked on the storage ottomans which is exactly what I was looking for. Now I have a place to store some of the rock band crap that doenst get used that much any more.

Too bad I already have an awesome setup in my entertainment center with my controller docks. Otherwise I would definitely pick up one of each!

I've always prefered using book shelves to store movies and games on. I saw this one on Walmart.com and it is reasonably priced but the reviews bring into question the quality. It should be able to hold about 300+ games/movies:

I think that things looks hideous (Wii version), and it doesn't hold anywhere near enough games. They either should have made it hold a ton more, or have it be much smaller and just hold the system and accessories... and made it a lot less ugly.
I have this one below and it holds about 100-120, depending on if you have special editions. No way that one holds 300.

I was going off of rough math figuring that DVD cases are approx .4 inches wide. Of course I forgot to take into account that the listed width would include the wood on each side. Regardless though it will hold several games/movies.

Pardon the ignorance, so this is for using a console right? not just putting it there when it isn't on? Does it have enough space for ventilation?
200 bucks and a 1 star review ?
I discount the review because it's from only one person. If you go to the seller's website, csnstores.com, you'll see it has an average of 4 1/2 from 31 reviewers:

And yeah, the price is a bit steep, but the amount of storage space it offers plus the smaller amount of space it takes up in your home makes it worth it for some people (especially those that live in apartments or studios). Also, revolving towers are cool...

I personally love these Atlantic Oskar media cabinets. I've been buying these for my collection for years now. They have a couple different sizes and Best Buy carries them in their B&M stores as well as some online retailers (Amazon, Best Buy, etc), so they are readily available and easy to match as you need more. I buy the biggest ones (the 1080 CD size).

They have shelving that is very customizable in terms of height for each separate space (so one shelf can hold CD, DVD, Longboxes, etc. The units are tall so they make the most out of limited floor space.

I'll update this post with some pictures of them in action when I get home from class (I don't have any pics on my laptop).

Yep, they give great ventilation! way better than the TV stand I was using before.

yeah iv been using tv stand and those lil black $20 entertainment centers from walmart you put together, but this would add some class to my place ;) im not gonna reroute my ps3 from the surroundsound/tv/etc but i could fill it up with guitars/games/controllers and just use the bottom part for my smoking apparatus and herbage storage, lol ;) doh no jcp's within 20 min of me, wtf. i guess i could try shipping but im just gonna get disappointed. guess im stickn with the ghetto storage. lol. better than cardboard boxes n milk crates. lol. peace cag!

These shelves are amazing. I bought a couple of them last summer from Big Lots for $30 each. If you build them correctly, they feel a lot sturdier than any of those Atlantic products from Best Buy, etc.
