Wii Play + remote $39.99 at EB?

If you go to EBgames front page, you will see that the game is priced at $39.99. BUt clicking the link will take you to Metal Slug. If you search Wii Play, it shows up as $49.99. Error?

Yeah, I just found the release date. Kind of silly really, since it is out in just about every other territory, Nintendo is just padding out their release lineup, ugh.
