Wii Points Card Deals?

So I hear TRU is having 25% off Wii accessories, and that include point cards. The promotion is also said to run up to January.

Are there any other deals for Wii Points, though? I just bought the system and it seems Sega titles are also on "sale" in Virtual Console.
 
Some people on here occasionally sell point codes for cheaper than that. You can paypal them the money and they'll give you a code.

Anyways, I hear Best Buy is having a sale next week. Does that include points cards?
