16.97 with GCO at buy.com. I don't know if it's possible to get free shipping if you can get the prediscounted price up a bit though.

Or if you want to buy some points on a game-by-game basis, I'll sell you any game for a dollar off the listing price and gift it to you. I have 10900 points in my Wii Shop account right now.
