Wii Remote Rumble is Loud?

Has anyone else had the problem of the Wii Remote rumbling loudly like something is a little loose inside? I have 4 Wii Remotes and one of them is rumbling louder than the others like something is a little off inside, while the others are all very silent when they rumble.

I called Nintendo Customer Service but they said that is perfectly normal as long as it still rumbles, so there is nothing for them to repair. Maybe this just happens to all remotes after awhile?

I guess the only other option is to just return it to the store.

I guess that falls under the not-quite-right yet not-quite-broken category. Perhaps you can get in there and tinker with it or call Nintendo back and explain the problem differently and tell them it is seriously imparing your enjoyment.

Yeah, I just double checked and 3 of the remotes make the noise when vibrating and one doesn't. I guess it's normal then. You don't actually notice if you're playing a game only during the menu screens.
