Mostly they don't know. They probably know at the corporate level, but your local EBStop employee won't know until UPS drops them off that day.

I work at a Hastings, so I get this question A LOT.
The best we can do is check the computer and see if they're "On Order" or "In Transit" and the quantity coming.
On Order = 3+ days (usually) before they will be shipping, though sometimes it can be 10+. (This part is where they are coming from the manufactor to our storehouse in Texas)
In Transit = 3-10 days until they will actually be shipped from the storehouse/arrive at our store.
I'm sure most other stores can give you approximate dates like this, but don't be angry if they can't pinpoint a date for you.
Do you live by nyc? If so check nintendo world. Every morning they get shipments in. But I advise you to pass on a WII. It is a novelty. Not enough good games to warrant a purchase at all so far. Most of the games are inferior to their counterparts on the other systems. Maybe next spring after mario kart comes out.
First of all, right thread for wrong forum. Second of all, Costco tends to be overlooked. Third of all, don't be lazy and call every store every day in your neighborhood for availability, if you want it that bad.
I got one at a gamestop today. It was random; I wasn't looking for one. I just walked in and bought a couple of used GC games and the clerk said they had just gotten 3 and that I could buy one if i wanted. So maybe you should call yours now.
