I knew nintendo was going to catch fire in a big way, and I know it is about to lose major ground. Watch and learn you primates.
Technically, we are genetically close to them, so calling us such as a form of an insult really doesn't help much at all.
Way to compare what's basically a tech demo to games that AREN'T packed in and are fully fleshed out games. Again. You're sticking your fingers in your ears and going "LALALALALA I CAN'T HEAR YOU."

You know nothing. I would consider myself a Sony hater, and a MS Fanboy, with liking Nintendo second, but it is obvious the Wii will take a LONG time to slow down, as it is huge all around the world. Nintendo is obviously going to excel this holiday season, with the Wii, and the DS Lite to a lesser extent.
Oh, and as you obviously don't know seeing as how you use it as an insult, but primates include humans, ing dumbass.
Edit: ^^Woops, Tsukento beat me to it, guess I should have refreshed after waking away from my computer.
Why does Nintendo need to pack anything in the box other than Wii Sports? Wii Sports exists soley to show off the potential of the Wiimote and to provide some harmless group fun.
I suppose if the sales do slow at some point they could be popped by bunlding in a Zelda, Smash Bros, or Mario title. But like with the PS2 it would be better served be a price cut.
The latter is exactly what I meant...for down the road when sales slow and Wiisports has enticed all the buyers that it's going to.
Nintendo already has its Halo competitor out, it is called Metroid Prime 3.

When did I compare weeeee sports to a real game? Oh yeah, I didn't. Hopefully Galaxy won't be as pathetic as Sunshine was.

Meh. I LOVED it. But it's not competition for Halo 3 since the main draw there is the online Multiplayer.
I bet you 50 bucks the majority of people who buy Halo 3 never connect and play online.
I think Gta, Halo, and metal gear are going to sell more systems than you could possibly imagine. It is about time for another pack in game or 2. Yes I know they aren't pack in games you retards.
You mean THAT wasn't comparing Wii Sports to other titles?

Oh about right here:

It was right after you proved you were sort of stupid, and a little before you declared yourself mayor of Retardville.

True. But probably not the majority of people who buy a 360 just for Halo 3. We're talking about system seller games here.
I could be wrong, but I suspect that most huge Halo fans who would by a console for it are those who play online. Especially after how lackluster the campaign was in Halo 2.
Plenty of hardcore Nintendo/Mario fans hated Sunshine....
I don't think that many hardcore Mario fans hate Sunshine, they are just disappointed because it's not a true sequel to Mario 64.
Man, I think Wii Sports is one of the greatest videogames ever made. And that's no joke.
I concur. Especially after the perfect game I bowled two nights ago. Woo Hoo!
When are they going to get rid of this pack in puke. I would buy a wii if it came with superpaper mario or warioware. Mii's look like pez characters and the motion controls for these sports games is a complete joke. Example, in baseball you don't control baserunning or fielding. This game could very well have been made 10 years ago.
Although I don't wish for it Microsoft and Sony are about to claim a very generous chunk back from this market. weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
How the hell do you come to such a conclusion? Based on your emotions regarding your dislike of Wii Sports. You sound like this Sony fanboy I saw in a Gamestop one day. He tried to convince me that the PS3 would eventually overtake, yes he said overtake! the Wii and the 360. I told him that I felt his pain, but he had to face the reality that in this industry it's not how you finish, but how you start, which ironically enough will determine how you finish. Ow! my head hurts now.
Yeah maybe if the graphics didnt look like a nintendo 64 game, people would take nintendo seriously again.
Good Lord, how did you find your way in this forum again? It's like some of these threads throw out the bat signal or something.
They'll pack in another game for holiday 08 depending on how the price wars look. And the only way Microsoft is gonna get the worldwide sales lead back is if Nintendo is really low on stock, and not stockpiling at all, continuing to sell out during the holidays. Halo is going to have to do a lot of work to get the 360 over the Wii for the month of September, let alone overall.
I do love when threads turn into generic multi-faceted discussions with no bearing on the OP.

What a brilliant comeback. Did you by chance come up with that one? I wouldn't mind writing it down for future use.
Grilled cheese and tomato soup were only good 12 years ago. They're hardly what I call sellers. Time for a new pack in lunch. It's obvious that tuna sandwiches and ramen are going to have a bigger chunk of sales.
