i've been to 3 different gamestops in the new england area today and all 3 said they were getting 6 wii's in first thing saturday morning so if you've been looking for a wii check out gamestop today

I think this is true... all the ones that held Pokemon Tournaments in the DE/MD/PA region had Wiis. I have a feeling it has to do with Nintendo's sponsorship or whatever. Eh, better for whoever still needs it!
 
Called 2 different ones that were holding the pokemon tournaments, and they didn't have any. My wii hunt continues.
 
I just wanted to thank the OP for the heads up on this one. The online inventory for most of the gamestops around me (and after checking the list... these were all gamestops that were holding the tournament), showed wii's in stock all week but each one I talked to told me they were out of them. Sure enough, I went over to one of them this morning and they had 6 wii's. I was the 6th in line and I was able to get the last one so I was happy.

So again, thanks OP for the advanced notice.
 
Each store that had a pokemon tournement was supposed to hold 15 Wii's for saturday, however depending on who was working when they got them in (wed) could have sold them.... We sold 6 on wed and went through 14 today, you just can't keep them on the shelf.
