Will Best Buy price match items on a local retailers website?

Basically, I want to price match Dexter season 1 and 2 which are both $19.99 at target but it's not in the ad so I can't bring in a physical compy of targets ad. http://www.target.com/s?keywords=dexter&searchNodeID=1038576|1287991011&ref=sr_bx_1_1

These are both $19.99 in store as well but how can I prove that? Am I able to show them the website of it being $19.99? I want to do the same with Fringe from Walmart.

I do this all the time with Amazon as Best Buy price matches them too. Just pull up their price on your phone and you'll be good to go! Try it at Customer Service first, just to be sure.

Thanks I'm going to try this tomorrow. I'll have target and walmart ready to go on my phones browser and I'll pull it up.

It's very YMMV. My best buy never price matches unless I have an ad, and even then they insist on calling the nearest store for the ad to see if they have it in stock. Otherwise it's a no.

But some people have had luck. Let us know if it works.

That's against Best Buy's corporate policy. I used to work there and the policy changed while I was an employee. They will match ANY retail website provided it's not clearance, liquidation or an outlet item and it has free shipping. Just ask the customer service manager. If you find a store that's not complying, call 1888-BEST-BUY and complain and that'll take care of it really quick.
