Will Bestbuy accept 2 of the same game for trade-in?

I have two copies of Uncharted 3 I want to trade in from winning them in giveaways, tried to trade in at Gamestop yesterday but once they saw both copies of the game they refused to trade them. Now Bestbuy seems to have a better deal today, but if I bring in both copies of the game, will they accept them?

YMMV but they should.

Actually, they should not accept two copies of the same game. The only way they will is if they are in a city/county with lax police control over pawn shops or if your Best Buy is ignoring the police rules (pretty likely, actually).

I think the official policy is up to 3 copies of the same title in the 1 yr to avoid a ban. I would play if safe & do it in 2 trips though.

Just an update, the Best Buy in West Hartford, CT let me trade in two of the same games; very cool about it.
