Will Mortal Combat ever be in VC?

me and my gf are just dying for the day when we dont have to hook up the snes to play mortal combat. will it ever be available for the vc?
 
You just hankerin' for all that blood sweat and fatalities finishing moves?

I think Nintendo would rather forget how they done MK1 wrong.
 
there is gong to be a port of the latest MK armageddon I thought I read somewhere. Sometime early next year, like marchish. The VC would be cool but I'd rather have the n64 versions of MK on there. I still have the MK kart for snes and the snes...

Please read your post and make it make sense.

And yes, Mortal Kombat still can be put on the Wii Virtual Console even if it's on the 360 right now. It would be no big deal considering Midway is a third party company.
