I've been reading some stuff here on CAG and I was just wondering...

I recently bought RE5 from Gamestop for 59.99 plus tax making it 65.01. Now me being the CAG that I am, I really hate paying 60+ for a game so I was wondering if I can order RE5 from Newegg for 53.99 shipped, wait for it to arrive in the mail, and then return THAT sealed copy to gamestop and get back my 65.01?

I just really want to make sure that it will work without fail before I pay another $54 for RE5.
 
it should work, but i have heard that newegg isnt great when it comes to new release titles, could take a while to get it. id probobly just bite the bullet on that one if i was you, i mean if you didnt want to pay 60+ you shouldnt have bought it right away, should have just ordered it online for cheaper.
 
Well the reason I hadn't ordered online was because I am currently in the middle of deciding whether or not to get an xbox360 and I was wondering if I should get the 360 version if I were to get one. I wasn't planning on buying it at any store and I was planning to buy it online regardless of which version I got but then my friend had already bought the game for PS3 and I couldn't stand the wait anymore so I gave in and bought it from Gamestop because I didn't want to wait the 4 days for it to come in the mail. My friend would have beaten the game solo by then probably.

Anyway, I am prepared to just live with it for 65 if I have to but according the GS' return policy, I do have 30 days to return it, so even it Newegg doesn't send it to me instantly I still have some time to get my money back and I have had nothing but good experiences with Newegg so far.

Actually, looking at the other deals, I'd be able to...say... buy RE5 and Killzone 2 from ToysRUs for 120 -20 = 100 +tax ~ 108 and then return RE5 at gamestop for 65.01 thus pretty much paying $54 for each game right?

yah 30 days, so as long as it in stock should be no problem, may want to check ebay for a new copy first (dont think you will find it cheaper there, but you never know so could be worth looking into)
