Entry Form

Official Rules

I snickered at this in the ToS:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You may also enter without purchase. To enter without purchase, hand print your name, complete street address and phone number on a 3 x 5 inch piece of paper.
Although it indicates that you must send in the UPC for states that don't do return deposits, the usual 'no purchase necessary' clause makes is so that nobody really has to bother with the UPS at all... So, just feel free to send in a bunch of cards, regardless of if you actually consumed any of their product(s).

So there's nothing stopping us from hand-writing a bunch of entries and sending them in, is there? Hypothetically speaking, if I made, say, 100 entries and crammed them in an envelope, would that count as one entry or 100?

Only one entry per envelope and each has to be handwritten... So that's $44 for a 100 of them. Not really worth the risk I'd say since it's only 1000 winners.
