Win A Nintendo DS Lite!

How long does it normally take for them to verify you? It's been about a week, and I still haven't gotten anything (I won a DS).
 
I think i am being a bit stupid but i can't find the code within the package. if someone could point to me where it is, i will be glad to give them a code.

are you kidding? have you ever read the labels on a hot dog package? I sometimes will pick up hebrew national franks because from what i understand the kosher foods are healthier. I am not jewish but that is my understanding.

If ball park made turkey franks, or vegan franks, that would be a bit more edible. I will check my supermarket next time i am there.

wtf are you kidding? so if i have a dozen codes, i can enter the 12 codes at 5pm, and then again at 6pm, and then again at 7pm, ad nauseam?!?!!?!??! oh man, the healthy living be damned, i am going to go pick up 10 ball park frank packages. It will take me about a year to eat all of these, i cant take more than 2 or 3 per month. I guess i can have a labor day barbecue or have friends over at super bowl sunday.

i bought a package last night and ate a couple of hot dogs, they tasted like rubber and overpriced, $4.29 normally, but on sale for $3.49, which is still too much for what i get. if you want good hot dogs then go to costco and pay the 12 bucks for 40 hebrew national beef franks. Now that is some good shit.

on topic, i entered the code and didnt win. will try again later, but i dont have my hopes up as i never win jack

I have to second that, i've haven't had Ball Park in years (dad hates 'em) though the Hebrew hot dogs are awesome. Another one to try out is Nathan's, I grilled one for lunch the other day and it was quite good. :)

I can't stand any hot dog other than Hebrew National or Nathan's, so I just bought 2 packages for $5. Hopefully I win something, and then feed the hot dogs to the dogs.

I thought about buying more than one package(for the extra code) but the things were so nasty that i just couldnt do it. Hopefully some of you get a nintendo DS through this promotion without having a coronary.
 
Well my grandma gave me 2 codes and I already used a 1/2 of it and if I don't win with another 1/2 then I'll be forced to use the next code, otherwise I'll trade for something
 
I still haven't received a verification email, and it's been almost four weeks. I went ahead and called Sara Lee, and the woman on the phone said that they'd "put me on file" and told me to call back next week since the contest ends on September 7th. Has anyone else in here received a verification email, or did the DS/game just show up at your doorstep after a few weeks?
 
So, the DS came today. I never got a verification email, but that may just be because I'm not a minor and didn't have to sign anything.

Humm, I also did another entry a few days ago(Friday?), and recieved NO "instant" confirmation message(s) like last time.

Tried it one hour, recieved no "YOU LOSE PLAY AGAIN" message like the first time I did this, tried the second hour making sure my spam settings were ok and still no message.

So maybe their notification and prize-giving system is down or broken.
 
Congrats highlight and tetsuo!!....I've been impatiently waiting for mine ever since they said they'd start shipping on the 3rd of August. I would be thrilled if I get mine next week.

Judging from what the woman on the phone told me, you probably won't receive a verification email if you're not a minor, since they require a signature from a parent or legal guardian if you're a minor, but you only have to enter your information on the website if you're not. Still, you may want to call Sara Lee soon, since the promotion ends on the 7th. They said they'd "put me on file" in case it didn't show up, but that's obviously irrelevant now.

The woman on the phone told me that the DSes ship out in 4-week periods. Since I got mine yesterday (Friday), yours may be on the way on Monday.

Also, my recent problem is not reciving ANY messages as if I lost or won during that period. 8/12/07 I did recive a "try again" type email message for the first and second time I tried it from [email protected]. With another hotdog pack's code and logging in with my email address, on my third and fourth try last friday (8/31/07) I got no messages of any sort from them what so ever.

And I don't remember inputing any information like my home address when registering(just name and email), and from the rules it sounds like they send you a link or something if you win to fillout & claim your prize regardless of your age.

So I have no clue if I won anything(doubt it) or not, and I swear it went through at their site & wasn't eaten by my boxes' spam filter... But I guess I will consider calling Tuesday.....
 
I went to the Sara Lee corporation's website, clicked on "Contact Us", and called the Meat department. I wasn't even put on hold, so I suggest just calling them up and seeing what they say. The woman on the phone was quite helpful, so you should be able to get some answers at least. The fact that you never got any emails from them is a problem, since you'll need to fill out the form in the winner message before they'll send anything. Hopefully they'll be able to figure out what's wrong.
 
Well that wasn't help much.... The person I spoke to said it takes 3-4 weeks, but I don't quite think they got that I got NO notification emails and that I have sent NO personal info/filled-out-forms(and registering a new account shows the only personal info they take is Name & eMail address).

Oh well, seeing as how tomarow is the last day, maybe I will try my luck again tonight and complain back to them if they complain about me entering more then once after wining....
