Technically, this site is for auditions to see who the next Duke Nukem will be, however, for some reason Apogee Software is also doing a weekly contest for a $25 GameStop gift card and a "chance" to win a Nintendo DSi. It seems the terms & conditions are nonexistent at the moment (redirects you to the front page) so all you need to do is enter your Name, Birth date, and e-mail. Since they are asking for age, It's most likely for people 18 or older, although this cannot be confirmed yet either.

Really odd. Why would they need a spokesperson after the 3D Realms closure?
Don't tell me the IP is already bought up, and they want to hype up the next 10+ year development cycle.

ROFL, tell me about it. At least somebody is still making a effort to make decent DN games.

The site isn't set up very well, apparently the terms it has for the DS are actually for the duke auditions...

Yeah, right now it's directing to the T&C for the Duke Nukem audition thing. No rules or anything for the DSi contest.

LOL, mr.me, you really misunderstood on what we were getting at. This is only concerning the DSi & GS gift card, not the duke auditions. Those rules are for the duke contest only. I recommend you edit your post to remove that so it prevents confusion for the people that are reading the thread.

It's cool... hopefully the site will have the Dsi/GS gift card rules up within a few days.
