Void in Puerto Rico, and where prohibited. Employees of GameStop Inc., Sony, Nintendo, its affiliated companies and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible. Sweepstakes is subject to all local, state and federal laws and regulations. By entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules, and to comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
How To Enter: No purchase necessary to enter or win the Sweepstakes. You must have Internet access as of March 31, 2008 order to enter.
There are two ways to enter:
1) You can complete the survey at TellGameStop.com at anytime during the Term by providing the information requested. Once the survey is completed, complete the sweepstakes registration page with your name, address, phone number and email address and click on the "submit" button and you will automatically receive one (1) entry.
2) If you do not wish to complete the survey, have not made a purchase, or do not have a receipt, visit www.gamestop.com or www.ebgames.com and click on the "Sweepstakes" link for an alternate entry form.
The registration page must be completely filled out to constitute an eligible entry. Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Limit one (1) entry per person, per sweepstakes period. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. Sponsor and its affiliated companies are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error or technical malfunctions, illegible, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any computer equipment or software or any combination thereof or for lost, stolen, late, misdirected or mutilated entries. Limit one entry per day, per household up to three (3) entries. All entries and requests become the Sponsor’s property and will not be returned or acknowledged. Illegible entries and entries with P.O. boxes are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, mutilated, postage due, or entries not received in time for drawing. All entries must be post marked no later than May 5, 2008.
Prizes: Sponsor will award one (1) winner a PlayStation 3 80 GB system (Approximate Retail Value of prize: $499.99) and a Nintendo Wii system (Approximate Retail Value of prize: $249.99.00). Approximate retail value of complete prize package: $749.98. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
Winner Selection: Potential winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 10, 2008, from among all eligible entries received throughout the Term. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor. Potential winners will be contacted by e-mail and by phone to the e-mail address and phone number provided on the registration page. If, after reasonable attempts to determine or contact the winner, the potential winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days of such notification, the entire prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. There will be three (3) alternate drawings after which the prize will remain unawarded. Prizes will be fulfilled 10-12 weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion. All decisions of Sponsor are final.
