Post here see if you all know the answer. How do you cancel a failed download? There was an HTC hub update that failed and now the download directory is still in my all apps list as @/directoryname/morenames and it always days I have 1 update any time I lock my phone. Any ideas?

What is Sonic 4 Ep. 1's price? It's $4.99 right now on the marketplace, which may be sale/price drop. That bad boy has gone back and forth so much, I'm not sure if $4.99 is it's regular price or not.

I am pretty sure that is regular price now. It had a price drop a few weeks ago. I could be wrong, but i think it dropped when sonic 4 on xbla dropped perm too

Ugh, these repeat deals are killing me. IStunt 2 seems pretty cool from the demo though, and Civilization Revolution will probably be a day one purchase unless the port is totally screwed up.
Civ Rev looks pretty sweet. Would seriously consider it at $4.99, but my guess is it's gonna be $6.99.
Actually, even though the iPhone game is $6.99, the WP7 version will be $2.99. Win!

WOW! That's kind of a big deal. I will buy it day 1 just to support the price point!
How about a scoop?

Sally's Salon and Tiki Towers sequels coming to Windows Phone

Also:

See Civilization Revolution, Pinball FX 2, and more upcoming Xbox Live games in action
The video previewing Pinball FX2, Civ Rev, etc is really cool. Definitely some cool stuff to look forward to. Really interested on the pricing structure for Pinball FX2.

Never played Tiki Towers and Sally's Salon was ok (Liked Cantina more). I do have to thank Sally for finally getting my achievement score back to normal (with a 0/5 ending). Droplitz sequel looks fun.
Ya, only through one world so far, but $2 seems more than fair for MiniSquadron. Controls like a dream.
yeh i gave the trial a go and was surprised how well the controls reacted. what even surprised me more is u can adjust the sensitivity in the options menu.

cheevo's aren't easy though i think. oh well for the price, i'm enjoying the game.

It's like they read my mind on this one (or this thread). I've definitely mentioned wanting Max/Magic Marker, De Blob, and Doodle God before.

The only ones I don't have are de Blob and Angry Birds. Not really interested in Angry Birds since I already have to play through Fragger and Monster Island for reviews (same style of game).

How do you guys like de Blob?

I didn't care much for deblob. It got bring and repetative...but for 99 cents I'd buy anything.

Yay CAG! I wouldn't have known about the Easter sale if I hadn't arbitrarily decided to check the deals forum today. The only one I already had was Angry Birds and I totally picked up all the rest. Now I'm so glad I didn't buy IonBall the other week when it was on sale.
Nice, picked up de Blob, Doodle God and Toy Soldiers.

Awesome deal.
Ha, I bought the same titles, I already owned all the others. Max and the magic marker is well worth 99 cents. I just happened to look and thought maybe it was an error or they are dropping some of the prices. Then found out they are deals. Love the deals, but also would like to see older titles priced at 99cents.

Have wanted de blob.

Ms. Splosion! On de phone?! Awesome!

Awesome sale for once. Hopefully in the future they do some more like this. I went ahead and bought toy soldiers in case I get another wp7 or feel like carrying my old one again.

I bought the five that I didn't have yet (all but Angry Bids and Burn the Rope). I had no interest in Ionball when it was DOTW, but for $.99, I'm sure I can get some enjoyment out of it. Hopefully they do more sales like this more often!
Picked up 4 myself. Got double billed somehow on Toy Soldier, the rep couldn't believe that was even possible.
Same. Got double billed on Doodle God. Gotta call the rep now.

EDIT: And there's no support number... WOW, way to go, Microsoft...

Go here and request a call back. Took me no more than ~5 min total.

BTW "Doodle God"...no doodles. I totally bought it blindly, no idea it was matching up a bunch of stuff. Quest mode is where it's at though, much prefer it over the base "game".

This sale looks awesome, the next phone I'm getting here is going to be a Windows Phone so it's nice to see that they are running sales like this! Shame I can't just pick them all up in anticipation lol

yeah, too bad you cannot buy via your Xbox account so you get in on the deals. I missed a few deals until I moved to wp7. I am dig the lumia 900 and titan II. Nice phones. Too bad I am not with ATT. Service needs to be improved in my area .

Yeah, I have microsoft points saved on my live account so that would have been great, I am currently in a Sprint family plan so I was looking at the HTC Arrive as it's essentially the only phone they have.
You can't purchase them through Zune without a phone? Thought you could...
Hmmmm, I just tried through the Zune marketplace and it just says looking for Windows phone tied to my e-mail, and the buy button is grayed out :( Thanks for the suggestion though, it didn't hurt to try!

Not really digging Doodle God. The unique style wears off quickly, and now im just basically trying everything I can.

Hope it doesn't show up as DotW sometime in April, tho I fear it will.

Ah that sucks. You couldn't use MS points anyway, only real money via CC (other than for some DLC that uses MS Points).

@tyler the Quest mode was a lot more interesting imo. The base "game" was a lot of guess and check and does get repetitive. Even funnier is MS censored some answers like "Alcoholic" and "Sex" are not answers in the WP7 version.

Thanks for the info. The guy cleared it up right away.

The actual Windows Phone site only has a chat option and I'd spent 2 hours being "first" queue yesterday before closing the window in frustration. (And if you call the main Microsoft support line, they tell you that chat is your only option, too!)

Chat (and for the most part call support) is absolutely worthless. I had an issue with an older GFWL purchase and as soon as I was connected I asked to be transferred or given the support number for GFWL. This ignorant lady was so insistent she was the "right department" so I asked my question to which she had no idea what the hell I was talking about. After ~5 mins on hold I calmly told her she couldn't really help me as she wasn't part of GFWL support (she introduced herself as xxx from "Xbox Customer Support") and I just needed the number for GFWL (found it later via chat funny enough and it's some arbitrary page for GFWL support). She blew up at me to the point where I had to raise my voice to talk over her and calm her the hell down. She continued to yell at me for a good couple of minutes that she could help me if I would just be patient before I just told her off and hung up. I called the GFWL number and was helped immediately within ~5 mins. Guy knew exactly what the problem was and his first suggestion was right.

I absolutely loathe Xbox support. 9 times out of 10 they read from their prompts which probably more often then not, doesn't solve your problem. I do my due diligence and search for the answer before I call and when I do call it's for something like being double billed and I can't solve it on my own.

It seems to me the last few times I've had to call that they have outsourced their tier 1 support. More times and not, you get someone at least cheerful enough to do their best to help you, but sometimes it's just nasty people who shouldn't work in customer service.
