Well I got a rep that refunded me on the games but it's not all showing in my ms account balance. The games show refunded in my purchase history though. And I asked the guy how they were going to be refunded and he told me if the card isn't on file on my account anymore that made the charge that it'd be put on my account. So I'm wondering what's up. Hopefully it just takes a while to show up. Anyone else have money refunded back on there account and have to wait a while for it to show up?
 
hope your right. did anyone else not get their refund right away? they refunded me $1.05 for Tiger Woods which I paid with my MS balance. But the others I paid with a credit card and their balance wasnt added. I no longer have any of these cards so theres no way to check if it was refunded on my cards instead. And Im getting an error trying to chat again. Says MS account is having technical difficulties. Try again later.

Been 72 hours and still no money on my account. Guess I need to contact them again. Which I did 2 days ago and they said it could take up to 72 hours.
 
I just can't get into third person shooter games on mobile because of the controls.  Cool to see a GTA game on WP though, too bad it doesn't have cheevos.

 
Well I'm pissed. Got a hold of Support again ms they told me instead of putting the money on my account that they refunded all the cards I used. 5 of them, which were prepaid Visa cards. I noon her have these and can't use them if I don't know the info on them anymore. They told me they can't put the money on my account if it wasn't bought with my ms account, whereas an agent told me before that it would be. Told the new agent I will just keep contacting support. But now it's down for me. To those that got refunded on their ms account balance did you originally pay with credit cards?

While it's nice to see something new as the deal, I doubt I will be picking this up. I still haven't played my XBLA copy yet. Also, there are some grindy and multiplayer achievements here, so I can't even use easy achievements as an excuse to make the purchase. Hopefully the Win8 deal is also something that is not a retread.

Hmmm....I like platformers and I still have $18 on my account that I can still use on the Windows 8 App store but not on Xbox Live, Xbox Movies or Xbox Music.  Maybe I'll check it out, just for the hell of it.

I got it when it was free on XBLA a long time ago and enjoyed it much more than I was expecting. Debating picking it up though because the achievements are way longer than XBLA version and I won't have friends to play with. Although I do need something new to play after Chaos Rings (should be done with it by next week).

Decent game for $0.99 with very easy achievements. Most will get bored of it very quickly.

I've been waiting ages for Fable Coin Golf to be DOTW and hoped they'd drop it this week, but guess the wait continues. I'm strictly not buying it on principle now.

Microsoft Bingo (Win 8) is now free in the U.S. It was only Canadian for a while.

 
Now I need a way to free up all that space on my phone. It wouldn't be bad if you can back up your saves. I can't remove games I haven't finished. :(

I'm pretty far in Bingo, but I have been afraid to update the game and lose my progress. It's pretty buggy, but nothing game-breaking.

Highly doubtful Coin Golf ever sees another sale, as it is WP7 only.

 
It looks like Glacier Blast is out for Win8 in the US. I finished the game a month ago from the Canadian Market. Easy complete.

 
Rayman is out and it is great as usual (thanks for the heads up at WPC Mr. Rubino). There's a free Windows 8 game also, but it is only in Canada currently.

Edit: Forgot to mention, mother of pur there are a ton of Flappy Bird games. At least 20 out of 50 new & rising are Flappy Birds clones or variants. This is the first time on WP that I noticed a game get so many clones in such a short time.

It's weird that cannot find the game by searching on my phone or on the website. I have to use the link on WPC to get to the page. I don't have space on my phone anyway, so until I can finish a couple of games I can't download this unfortunately.

It looks like the pulled it back for some reason. The page says: "no longer available".

So it looks like Rayman Fiesta Run has been pulled from all market places including India for both WP & Win8. Hopefully this is only temporary. I really wanted to buy the Win8 version yesterday. :(

 
NBA Jam (WP) is fun for about 20 games, but they expect you to win 222 games that are 8 minutes each to get all the achievements. That's about 30 hours to complete it.

Throne Together (W8) is now available in the US for free.

 
I haven't tried Throne Together yet, but all the reviews and forums seem to suggest that's it's the typical freemium "pay-to-win" hell that most free games seem to be these days.

I'd willingly pay $1 or $2 to be able to play these games normally, but the microtransaction prices are always ridiculous with some stuff going for more than the price of a full retail game.

Anybody that was able to get the new Ray able to get all the lums in level 29 Pinball Cook?

I watched videos of the game being played on other devices and it looks like my game is missing 3. I'm curious if it is just me or everybody is affected.

It is the last level I need and I'm curious if anything unlocks for beating everything.

EDIT:

www.flapmmo.com works really well on Lumia 1020 as long as you watch your tap speed. Quick double taps can mess the game up. When first loading the game, give it 20-30 seconds to fully load. You'll notice frame rate problems until then. My high score on PC is 71 and on WP8 it is 61.
