GoGamer has recertified white controllers for $20 and black ones for $24. They don't include batteries or the receiver, though.

Any 360 wireless controller will work with windows and the wireless dongles are $20 everywhere B&M

Yeah, I've already got a pair of wireless controllers for my 360, which is why I'd rather not pay $50 for the one that comes with the dongle. I'll have to check out some B&M stores since the standalone dongle seems to be long gone on the Internet and is running around $30 on eBay, which is just a tad too pricey.
