I use a USB adapter to hook up my PS2 controller to my PC, but the extended cord can get pretty annoying at times. I was wondering if there was a wireless PS2 controller that could work on the PC (the logitech controller won't work), or if there's a good but cheap wireless PC gamepad that's as comforting as the PS2 controller.

If you have a 360 I highly recommend the wireless extender. For $20 you can use all of your 360 controllers on the PC.

Is there a link?

Regardless, the only thing holding me back from using a 360 controller is the D pad. It sucks for any 2D games.

Yeah, if you don't need to use the 2D pad too much I too back the 360 controller. It works great as long as the D-pad isn't needed.

Way too much trouble for me, sorry.

No one can swear by a couple of good wireless PC pads, or an adapter where you can use the wireless PS2 or PS3 controllers?
