Also, whether Origin allows you to download the Mac version of the game or not, registering your copy through GOG by supplying proof of purchase to their customer service will provide you with both the PC and Mac option.

EDIT: It also seems to be over, apparently. As the price now comes up as $11.99.
 
D'oh! I should have check that thread. I'm not sure what's going on with the sale price. It showed $11.99 for me about a half hour ago, but just changed to $6.
