Woot offs happen about once a month for 24-48 hours. Some of it's completely new stuff, some of it's like you said.

Everyone really only plays along for the mp3 players and bags of crap (mystery bags that MIGHT MIGHT MIGHT CROSSFINGERS PLEASE OMG have something ridiculously awesome inside).
