search used game stores, i found that game at a gamestop used for 20 this was 6 months ago,

On Amazon Marketplace, it seems to range from $20 used -> $30 new (and qualifies for free shipping @ Amazon).

And when I looked, there seemed to be 2 reasonably priced EBAY listings for it.

thanks for the tips. i found a GS that had it used for $24.99. i used the 25% off used PSP coupon plus the 10% edge for $17 and change.
