Second mission of act 3, after the nuke causes EMP over DC. I'm at the white house and need to get in the west wing. The general section where cover is extremely limited as you sprint from section to section and it seems to have one of the closest things to "infinite" spawns.

Don't you take anything for your heartburn? I have acid reflux and I've been taking Prevacid and Omeprazole for years, I can pretty much eat anything without getting heartburn as long as I take one daily every morning.

Don't have heartburn tonight, just a brick in my stomach. And I can't take antacids atm due to the antibiotics I'm on.

MW2 spoilers. Don't read unless you've beaten "Whiskey Hotel".
I don't know if you actually GET in the white house, but the objective is to get to the west wing... and the white house is the only building with power, making it where you're heading... it's just a pain in the ass, because you have to sprint from tree to tree to foxhole meanwhile shooting bitches on the balcony and roof... there's a mounted gun back by where you start to come up on the white house lawn, but it seems like even if you manage to somehow use it to clear some out, that by the time you start moving, they've all respawned. Unfortunately, I only have the standard M4A1 ironsight grenade launcher and some sort of LMG (maybe?) with an ACOG. Neither good for long range pot shots. :(

I'd try to help , but I'm still not sure what part of the level your talking about. It's part of "Whiskey Hotel" not "Second Sun" correct?
 
I know the part Frosty is talking about. Unfortunately I can't help much for tips on how to beat it because I just played the game on Normal.

I managed to beat Whiskey Hotel on Vet , but the next stage , Loose Ends , was where I had to drop it to Regular.

Turns out the mounted gun was key... i finally got pist enough that I just held fire on the area the muzzle bursts were coming from until they stopped... figured it was something stupid like that.

StarKnightX, It's the part where
you end up having to run the green flares up to the roof of the west wing to prevent the hammerdown. the part i was having issues with was the area where you have to cross the lawn to get to the last building and get up on the roof. all sorts of people barricaded up in the white house, occasional spotlights...

it was just that one tricky checkpoint where i didn't clean the enemies out enough before trying to cross the white house lawn.
 
This D-Link router was a complete pain in the ass to setup, but I am so glad it works now. Having a nice wireless N router should really improve the internet throughout the house. That piece of crap Linksys I bought sucked so much dick. Until they go back to antennas that aren't built inside the casing I won't buy anymore of their products.
