Would Game stop accept my return for Price-dropped games?

I just bought Dynasty Warriors Next for vita $ 34.99

now its $24.99

its only been 9 days

but Gamestop return policy is

"used merchandise may be returned for a refund with in 7 days of purchase or exchange for the identical item within 30 days of purchase"

I just want to return it and get the same item..
would this be exchange...?..


I doubt it but how can I approach this?
I feel scammed by game stop

If you return it you will not get the ~$10 back since it is an exchange. but if you had took it back for a refund 2 days ago you could have saved ~$10.

Sadly there is no way to get the extra ~$10 you paid for it back

You can exchange it for a copy of the same game, but you won't get any money back.
